All Christians pray for Obama, he really needs it: Psalms 109:8. I pray to the spirits upon the rising of every sun that all he has done to this country be repaid upon him. I pray that those who voluntarily swear an oath to accept so much responsibility only to violate that oath be dealt with severely by powers much greater than I. I also pray that those who voluntarily swear an oath to accept great responsibility and keep that oath be granted the blessings that their maker can bestow upon them. I am but an old feeble man, and though he can bring great damage and destruction upon me I can do nothing to him. And so I ask that the Great One, who sees into the hearts of all men, to look in his heart and judge him, for only the Great One knows what stuff he is made of.

The Call at 3am

How many remember this from Hillary Clinton's campaign 4 years ago?

Well, now we know what happened. Except, it was about 5pm EDT and they blew it off. While we were having just another ordinary day, in Benghazi, Libya, everything went to hell and four men died.

So, how did Obama respond to Clinton's Ad campaign 4 years ago? Well, here we have Obama, in his own words, telling us what he would do.

There you have it. There needs to be a really good reason for him to pick up that phone. Or, what we witnessed is that he is afraid to ever pick up that phone, to ever make a hard decision. And what sort of example has our commander-in-chief set for the command structure of our armed forces? Maybe Petraeus can shed some light:

"No one at any level in the CIA told anybody not to help those in need; claims to the contrary are simply inaccurate. ” -- The Weekly Standard, Oct 26, 2012

And yet, there are reports to contrary. Two times, help was denied by the CIA chain of command. Two times, forces on the ground were told to "stand down." A few in the media are tearing away this infernal onion, one layer at a time. We have the following report:

Former Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods was part of a small team who was at the CIA annex about a mile from the U.S. consulate where Ambassador Chris Stevens and his team came under attack. When he and others heard the shots fired, they informed their higher-ups at the annex to tell them what they were hearing and requested permission to go to the consulate and help out. They were told to "stand down," according to sources familiar with the exchange. Soon after, they were again told to "stand down."
Further, the reporting goes on to detail the level of communication concerning the situation evolving on the ground:

At that point, they called again for military support and help because they were taking fire at the CIA safe house, or annex. The request was denied. There were no communications problems at the annex, according those present at the compound. The team was in constant radio contact with their headquarters. In fact, at least one member of the team was on the roof of the annex manning a heavy machine gun when mortars were fired at the CIA compound. The security officer had a laser on the target that was firing and repeatedly requested back-up support from a Spectre gunship, which is commonly used by U.S. Special Operations forces to provide support to Special Operations teams on the ground involved in intense firefights.
In a story published today from KUSA 9News we have the following interchange:

KYLE CLARK: Were they denied requests for help during the attack?
PRESIDENT OBAMA: Well, we are finding out exactly what happened. I can tell you, as I've said over the last couple of months since this happened, the minute I found out what was happening, I gave three very clear directives. Number one, make sure that we are securing our personnel and doing whatever we need to. Number two, we're going to investigate exactly what happened so that it doesn't happen again. Number three, find out who did this so we can bring them to justice. And I guarantee you that everyone in the state department, our military, the CIA, you name it, had number one priority making sure that people were safe. These were our folks and we're going to find out exactly what happened, but what we're also going to do it make sure that we are identifying those who carried out these terrible attacks.
So in response to Obama's actions during the attack, we have Obama making it known that he wanted his personnel secured. Really? So, let us allow this remark to set in for a moment:
"...the minute I found out what was happening, I gave three very clear directives. Number one, make sure that we are securing our personnel and doing whatever we need to." -- Barrack H. Obama
If this is so then there has to be a clear paper trail. And if there is a paper trail, he should truly want that published to show that he was there when that phone rang. That he made the calls.

Frankly, my assessment, Obama did nothing. After events got out of hand, he spent his time scrambling for excuses and someone to pin the blame. Obama's leadership style has set the example for his leaders, cowardice, excuses, and dishonesty.

These two men understood one thing, their oath to the United States Constitution.

Former Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods
Former Navy SEAL Glen Doherty

My fellow comrades in arms, that is the oath we all took, without reservation, to the grave. When nobody else would lift a finger to help, they ran into harms away. They understood what needed to be done. When their chain of command went AWOL on them, they did what any honorable soldier would do. They are owed a great deal. Their memory demands we hold the cowardly accountable for the dishonor displayed by the leadership on high. Obama set the tone and we cannot be surprised by how this played out. But if we do not hold Obama and his people accountable, then we have deserted these men.

Ladies and gentlemen, our oath of office:

I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.
Expiration Date:  **NONE!**

The Soldier's Creed:

I am an American Soldier.
I am a Warrior and a member of a team. I serve the people of the United States and live the Army Values.
I will always place the mission first.
I will never accept defeat.
I will never quit.
I will never leave a fallen comrade.
I am disciplined, physically and mentally tough, trained and proficient in my warrior tasks and drills. I always maintain my arms, my equipment and myself.
I am an expert and I am a professional.
I stand ready to deploy, engage, and destroy the enemies of the United States of America in close combat.
I am a guardian of freedom and the American way of life.
I am an American Soldier.

Maybe the admiral is unrelated. Hard to tell. Being that it is not a subordinate in some sort of frat thing, what else could it be?

One bit of advice to heed. Before you set out to save a soldier on the battle field, shoot your second in command just in case Obama wants to make another dhimmitude sacrifice to appease the Muslim masses.

    2. Butt,

Beginning to sense there is something more going on here. General Allen in Afghanistan was cut short because Obama is looking for someone who can provide a fresh perspective:

      http://patdollard.com/2012/09/allen-relieved-of-afghanistan-command/

Maybe there are those the ranks disgusted with all of this crap and beginning to speak out? Of course, the media provides cover to protect the Head Shiite Bag in Charge.

Obama's administration has taken a role in limiting the voice of our soldiers at the polls. Obama's minions are also busy bringing Somali immigrants to the polls in Ohio, by the van load, with instructions on how to vote the straight Democrat Party ticket.

I am sensing a bloody fight on the horizon.

  3. Stand-Down Order In Benghazi Attack Still A Mystery

Benghazi: The president says the election has nothing to do with four brave Americans getting killed, but, as in 1980 at another embassy, it should — just as it matters who gave the order to stand down.

As we've written, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta has falsely said we didn't have real-time intelligence of the terrorist attack on our consulate in Benghazi. The administration has also suggested it was the CIA that put the brakes on any attempt at relief or rescue.

Someone did, and the question is who?

We know that the mortars firing at the roof of the CIA annex, where former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty were still fighting six hours into the attack, were "painted" with a laser targeting device as the two repeatedly requested backup support from an AC-130 Specter gunship. AC-130s are commonly used by U.S. Special Operations forces to support Special Operations teams involved in intense firefights. They are deadly accurate, with little risk of harm to civilians.

The fighting at the CIA annex went on for more than four hours, more than enough time for any planes based at Sigonella Air Base in Italy, just 480 miles away, to arrive. According to Fox News, two separate Tier One Special Ops forces were told to wait, among them Delta Force operators. So who told them to wait?

Gen. Ham is said to have told the Pentagon he had a rapid response team ready and was told to stand down. Ham then reportedly said screw it, he was going to send help and was promptly told he was being relieved of his command.

In an interview with Denver News 9 reporter Kyle Clark on Friday, President Obama dodged the question of whether cries for help were ignored and who gave the orders, saying only: "The election has nothing to do with four brave Americans getting killed and us wanting to find out exactly what happened."

Oh, yes it does, Mr. President, just as it did in 1980.

You are the commander in chief, and the American people want to know what you did when the phone was ringing at 3 a.m. and why no help was sent.

  4. Got an email from the retired former Delta operator in the Benghazi post. And yes, he mis-spells the SecDef's name on purpose.

This is about doctrine, specifically the Obama Administration's doctrine, and how it doesn't work in the real world:

The Secretary of Defense, in his most determined way, continues to try to protect the President from the fiasco in Benghazi. So desperate to shield the President he announced what will be forever remembered as the Penetta Doctrine:

“(The) basic principle is that you don’t deploy forces into harm’s way without knowing what’s going on; without having some real-time information about what’s taking place,” Panetta told Pentagon reporters. “And as a result of not having that kind of information, the commander who was on the ground in that area, Gen. Ham, Gen. Dempsey and I felt very strongly that we could not put forces at risk in that situation.”

The “The Dumbest Shit I Ever Heard Doctrine” was targeted toward civilians. Read the doctrine carefully. On the surface it makes a case for Force Protection being an overriding element of critical decision making and it should be and it makes sense. The Secretary of Defense wants to ensure the safety of our troops and understands the value of “real-time information”. Okay, makes sense, good job Leon, end of story, right?

A couple of points however need to be made.

First. I am certain that Penetta realizes that we have very specially trained folks whose job it is to execute missions just like what was needed in Benghazi.

Second, and this is very important. I don’t know what Penetta’s definition of “real-time information” is, but I suspect that, if Eisenhower had the same doctrine, we’d still be sitting in England waiting to invade Europe.

Let’s review the real-time facts that we know so far. The entire event was being streamed live to the State Department and, in all likelihood, the White House situation room. That’s pretty “real-time” if you ask me, but it gets worse. Not only were we watching the entire damn thing on expensive televisions; we had at least two highly trained special operators on the ground in direct communication!

Do you think the whole Pointe Du Hoc event would have happened during the D-Day attack if Ike and boys had two Navy SEALs telling them that the artillery had been moved?

The best “real-time information” possible is eyes on the objective.
Even better is people on the objective with eyes on the enemy.
Even better than that is people on the objective that are highly trained with years of special ops experience in direct communications.

My God people, this was a perfect intelligence situation to execute a forced entry relief operation!

I spent my youth (24 years) in Infantry and tier one Special Ops units and have been up to my ass is serious fighting on many occasions. In all that time, I never hit an objective where two Navy SEALs were already there and feeding me all the information I could ever want! Hell, that wouldn’t even be a raid, it would be a link-up!

What more information do you need? Or was this never about information at all? Was it really the president deciding that the lives of four Americans wasn’t worth as much as a campaign talking point?

In any case, this was not a military consideration made by Penetta or any Generals, it was purely political.

    And that pisses me off.

    1. Anonymous,

Good intel. None of the crap coming from Panetta has ever made sense. For the media, this is a target rich environment and they choose to bury the truth.

I am just enraged with everything. Obama spikes the football on UBL with all the real-time situational reporting occurring during that raid. And then, turns around and acts like we could not have had the capability to really know what was going on in Benghazi. Maybe works for civilians, but the bullshiite stops at my tympanic membrane.

We were always trained to head to the battle. Every LZ was assumed to be hot until confirmed otherwise. And when did our boys become concerned about jumping into a battle???? WTF?!?!?!? We are not going to fight because we are afraid someone might shoot at us????? Somebody, please pull Panetta's head out of Obama's ass!!!! Dempsey and his staff?? What the hell are they doing? Playing grab-ass and reach-around???

It nauseates me to read what you have posted. It makes me downright sick that we have leadership that has sunk this far into the abyss.

Keep pressure on everyone. Congressmen, Senators, everyone. We cannot let this one slip by. The treasonous actions from this administration giving guns away to Cartels in Mexico who have allied with Muslim extremists to abandoning our people in Benghazi has to be accounted for! Enough is enough and we have to wake up the civilians in this country to let them know that a far bigger threat faces our country than did in 2001.

Thank you again Anonymous. I may be an old man out here on a ranch in south Texas on the back of a horse, but I am still well armed and in the fight!

      HOO-AHH!

  5. Is that OUR Anon? Hi!

The point that really bothers me in this mess is why more Americans are not up in arms about this incident.

    WHY?

People like Mother Jones are actually trying to DEFEND these actions?

    WHY?

Are we as a nation THAT divided we can't come together on this one issue that shows how our people are very literally thrown under the bus over what was essentially an arms deal gone bad!!!?!

I want to know who exactly relieved General Ham? Did they have orders ahead of time from superiors who suspected he might try something or did this person take it on themselves? Did his second in command hurriedly call up the ladder and tattle?

    Fast and Furious

Targeting and killing Americans without a trial

What does it take to get Americans angry? Oh, that's right, 99 weeks of unemployment..... pathetic.

    1. Auntie Em, You hit on it. 99 weeks of unemployment, but it does not stop there. Then there is shifting unemployment to Social Security disability, dropping the work requirement for welfare, increasing eligibility for food stamps. All of it is out of control.

There is a great divide in the country now. No matter how much we argue that people need to have their asses kicked off those damn couches to work, these people like Mother Jones will point out how cruel and heartless we are. Then the liberals will parade out some poor soul in a hospital bed with tubes coming out every orifice and tell the world that our real goal is to kill that poor person in the bed.

The argument is going nowhere. The more we discuss with the liberal the more everything we have is taken away and the liberals know that. Time is on their side.

What it finally comes down to is a fight. There is nothing left but for us to just say we refuse to go any further and for the liberals to take anymore will require bloodshed. Instead of a king in England, today 47% of our country is playing the part of the king or the plantation owner whipping us into submission to give them more, more, more. Time to give them hot lead.

  6. No Auntie, it's not 99 weeks of unemployment that makes them angry. What makes them angry is that it's not 199, or 299, or 999 weeks of unemployment. That's what has them pissed off.
